I ask because I found a small house in the street and is a HUD home. The payment would be cheaper than the current rent and have a home yet. HUD's website that no one can denied a loan because the public assistance as their only income. I wondered if SSI / Amnesty International calls a person first home loan time FHA buyers. I am permanently disabled. I tried in vain to reach a human being on the phone line HUD. See here hoping someone knows the answer. I think the government would be happy to return to their their $ every month when I pay my mortgage with your lender over another person!
Out of state is irrelevant. This your income must qualify for a mortgage – regardless of their disability. HUD can not tell if you qualify for a loan – to see a lender for approval.
